The founders of Association “Lyderė” organized discussion “Gender Equality in the Labor Market”. Topics of discussions were – gender equality in the labor market, how it can contribute business success and other organizations and what trends are currently prevailing in Lithuania. During the event, the results of Donatas Paulauskas’ analysis of gender inequality in the labor market were presented.
